Return and Exchange Policy

Returns, Refunds, cancellation, and Exchange:

All the products at the COUP are specially crafted for you with special care, thus every product is unique and we have full faith on our product quality which is helping us to give you the assurance that you won’t be disappointed.

Exchange/Return Policy:

All products purchased from thecoup.in are applicable for exchange or return.

We can accommodate return or exchange of product within 7 days after an order has been delivered.

All returned items must be in unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, otherwise, the refund will not be initiated.

To schedule an exchange/return please drop us a mail at support@thecoup.in along with your order and exchange details and Refund mode details (Paytm/UPI Id or Bank Account).

Our team will arrange an reverse pickup if there is any reverse pick up facility available from our courier partners,if not then you need to ship it to us. Once we receive the product as expected condition then we will initiate the refund after deducting rupees 65 as Return/Exchanges charges.

The refunds will be initiated only to your Paytm/UPI/Bank Account(Customer needs to provide us) and will be credited within 48 hours after receiving the product
